Hi all,

the Biobrick format (format of the actual DNA) is also supposed to be topic of a
working group for standardization. It hasn't been addressed yet, even though
it's quite an important issue.

I've created a stub wiki page for the discussion and summarized the different
formats I am aware of:
http://www.openwetware.org/wiki/The_BioBricks_Foundation:Standards/Technical/Formats

Maybe this page should go somewhere else on OOW but perhaps it's also nicer to
have already a starting point for the working group. We are having our own
format discussion right now here at the institute. We already have some
Biofusion biobricks, on the other hand, I prefer the Freiburg format for protein
fusions, but it needs to be modified in order to be compatible with the
Biofusion format. I've added this proposed modification as "2.0-3.0". Note, this
latter one has not been tested yet. If anyone has comments, I can still change
the synthesis order...

Greetings,
Raik
