[BBF Standards] Link between basic parts and composite parts

Hello Jean,

I think the general agreement is not to have multiple copies of the same
sequence, which would mean that changing the individual part sequences
would change the composite parts' sequences.
I believe that the current idea is to represent the sequence of a
composite part as a sequence of the contained parts; example:

composite part sequence: pLac, acgg, gfp, taa

where "pLac" and "gfp" are some sort of database IDs for other parts

This is my understanding. I think Raik has implemented something like
this, so I hope he is able to confirm whether this is similar to the way
he is representing the sequence.
