PoPS devices can have multiple inputs and multiple outputs at
different points on the DNA.
Take a look at the Inverters in the Registry:

The table shows the name of the inverter followed by the name of a
part that is compatible with the inverter's Input section. You can
add input sections to the inverter by using this part.
If you do this, because of the molecular crosstalk a high PoPS level
in any input causes the
output to go low. This is a NOR function. In some ways, it is similar
to the wired-NOR
in early digital logic.
The table also gives the part number for additional output sections.
